The September 10th deadline to send in your nominations for the Community Leadership Awards is rapidly approaching. Please take a moment to review the criteria and join with MDPH in recognizing excellence by nominating a deserving individual, organization or coalition/partnership for the Commissioner’s Leadership Award or the Community Health and Equity Awards.
Recipients will be honored at this year’s Ounce of Prevention Conference, October 14th.
